Delivery to Europe takes approximately 3-5 working days, from the processing of your order until it arrives at your address.

Delivery outside of Europe may take up to approximately 8 working days.

RETURNS
As a NancyLopezJewelry online customer, you have the right to return your purchase. From the date you received your order, you have 14 days to return it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be sent in the original packaging, along with a receipt or proof of purchase. To discuss the return, please CONTACT US.

RETURNS SHIPPING
